Embedded Chatbot (n8n)
This website offers a chatbot hosted on a self-operated n8n instance. When using the chatbot, your messages are not stored on the server after the conversation ends. All information you provide is processed in real time and deleted immediately after your request is handled. If you ask for a personal reply and give explicit consent, your name, email address, and question will be forwarded to Andrei Popovici via email for follow-up. No chatbot data is stored or used for other purposes.
Note: Conversations are only stored in localStorage in your browser and are not accessible to the server or third parties.
Data Processing by Third Parties
When you use the chatbot, your message may be processed by third-party service providers:
- For generating chatbot answers, your message is sent to OpenAI (OpenAI, LLC, USA) via API.
- If you request a personal reply, your information (name, email, and question) is sent by email using Google’s Gmail service (Google Ireland Limited/Google LLC).
Both OpenAI and Google participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and are committed to GDPR compliance. Data may be processed outside the European Union in accordance with applicable data protection agreements. These services are not used for analytics, marketing, or profiling purposes.
